File handling notes
- Preferred formats: STL, 3DM, OBJ, STEP, STP, ZIP, PDF, JPG, PNG
- Review window: Quotes within one business day.
- Payment model: Upload first. Vectrix reviews the file, sends pricing, and collects payment after approval.
- Deliverable: Wax patterns and prototypes only.
- Large files: Use a secure file-share link (Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) when the job is over 20 MB.
- Files are used only to quote and print the job. NDAs available for recurring partners and white-label work.
