Confidentiality and NDA

Files shared with Vectrix are treated as confidential and are used only to review, quote, and produce the requested job.

Standard intake already treats all submitted models, drawings, notes, and reference images as private working materials. Customer designs are not shared, resold, or reused for other projects.

NDAs are available on request for recurring partners, white-label relationships, and other workflows that require a signed agreement before file transfer.

File retention is handled according to this policy: Files are deleted within 30 days of job completion unless a trade account requests otherwise.
