Submitted files are only used for quoting and printing your job. They are never used for marketing, portfolio features, social media, or other jobs without explicit written permission.

White-label requests can define packaging, communication, and client-facing boundaries during intake. Vectrix remains invisible to the end client unless directed otherwise.

Files are securely deleted 30 days after job completion unless a longer retention arrangement is established for repeat runs. Immediate file deletion can be requested at any time by emailing sales@vectrixcasting.com.

For recurring partnerships, we can formalize confidentiality agreements and NDA terms before printing begins. Note your NDA requirements during intake.
