Terms of service

All jobs are reviewed and quoted before production begins. Pricing, turnaround, and any build notes are confirmed after file review, not before.

Payment is collected after the quote is approved. A job enters the queue only after the invoice is paid.

Vectrixproduces wax patterns and prototypes only. Casting, metal finishing, stone setting, and other downstream work remain the responsibility of the customer and the customer's chosen caster or bench team.

If a print misses spec because of Vectrix's process, the job is eligible for a prompt reprint. File-level issues such as CAD errors, unresolved geometry, or inaccurate source dimensions are not covered once they have been identified during review and approved by the customer.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected print job.Vectrix is not responsible for indirect losses, casting defects outside the supplied workflow notes, or downstream production costs that fall outside the printing scope.
